This place is packed in the 5th floor due to pokemon mega center. The mall is clean and friendly.

This was a large mall with a lot going on. Lots of shops, lots of food, and live performances. The outdoor gardens were amazing and we really enjoyed the rooftop aquarium. There was also a planetarium that we didn’t visit.

Nice view of Tokyo. There are two floors with two different heights and prices. The basic one stops at the 350m. You can reach the upper floors for a small extra fee. My only concern was the presence of too many lights due to the exhibitions inside the Skytree tower. They ruin the atmosphere and make several reflections on the glass, making it quite hard to take clear pictures.

One of my new favorite places. The aquarium is one of if not the best I’ve seen and the view from the top is spectacular. Go just before sunset for the best experience. The observation floor is also a very well manicured hangout complete with a bar that also offers great mock tails.

Good place for warming up or stretching, or just walk and jogging. Comfortable place for you.

Nice looking place. Lot of wacky food options for foreigners to be surprised about. Prices are a bit high though.The layout is more spacious than a typical Japanese mall. There are substantial entertainment for kids, and common area with interesting seating to collapse in exhaustion on.

Loving this mall, it’s shopper heaven and anime fans will definitely want to visit this place with a lot of famous brand including the Pokemon Centre, Crayon Shin Chan, Marvel and so much more.

Cool place for clothes and such. A large variety of styles and price ranges.Also where Namco/Bandai along with Pokemon shops are located.Went on a holiday so there were a lot of people because of an event taking place.There's a floor dedicated to mostly food, and the variety is nice.

My husband and elementary school son really liked it.Meals, entertainment, shopping, and so on. You have to walk a lot on the subway

A great experience!! This place is full of amazing shops and anime. You can find a wide variety of anime shops here. There are a lot of good restaurants to enjoy food as well. And on top of that there is Sky Circus at the 60th floor which is a must visit if you come to this place. It is very beautiful place with a view of almost the whole of Tokyo and Yokohama. You can enjoy the sunset as well as see the amazing night view for here.

I love sunshine city!!! the mall has everything one can dream of! pokémon center, kiddyland, mugiwara store, worlds biggest gachapon, sanrio store, marvel store, disney store, cool clothes and they always seem to have concerts. Try going during weekdays. definitely worth it with less people. ☀️☀️☀️

Sunshine City is a popular shopping mall located in Ikebukuro. It has a theater, museum, aquarium, and a large shopping center. The shopping center has famous shops such as Pokemon Center Mega Tokyo.In my opinion, Sunshine City is a great place to spend a day with family or friends. If you are interested in shopping, you can find many shops and restaurant. If you are interested in entertainment, you can visit the aquarium or planetarium which are both located inside the mall.

Manny geeky stores (including a big Pokemon center), was nice to walk around the stores but most of them aren't that cheap. Has a nice balcony were you could sit and drink a coffee from the Starbucks there.

This mall was GIGANTIC but quite loud and busy so we could barely actually get into any of the stores. It's probably nicer when it's less crowded but we were there in lines for longer than we were in stores. The Pokemon center was pretty cool but had the same line issue. Overall I'm glad I came and I got some cool pokemon merch but I will never revisit if I ever come back to Japan. One and done.

There are many places where you can enjoy many food, but be careful on weekends because it will be as crowded as ants nest, sweet may not be the best thing to get though but yeah it was great.Lovely place for a date, it has some water roundabout in the middle of the market or supermarket, enjoy the walk with friends, buy small stuff for yourself. It was amazing if you don't go along.6/10 would recommend -4 cuz bad food(in some places), crowded, expensive.

My favourite mall in Tokio!They have tons of stores with cute clothes and accessories! And they have plus size clothes as well oj the first floor at pure. Was here more than once.

Fun place to shop and explore, but I prefer to stay away during the weekends. It gets very busy. The observation deck is nice. On a clear day you'll get to see Fuji-san.

We came here for the observation deck which was very nice. It was big with lots of chairs and spots to sit down. Lots of windows with great views. Not to mention that it's cheaper than Tokyo SkyTree. The mall is great place to kill some time too. There's a Pokemon center here. The food court here also has a good selection.

The rooms are spacious compared to those in Tokyo. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are well separated. There is also a spray for deodorizing. For breakfast there are many options to choose. The hotel is not far from the Ikebukuro area. Walk to go shopping in no more than 10 minutes. There is a FamilyMart in the hotel. The room window couldn't be opened. The air is not ventilating. Huge shopping mall, I feel like I only explored 5% of the entire mall. There are live music performances inside the mall, but it's very loud so I'd advise not to stay for too long, or bring earplugs to protect your ears.

We were staying in the Ikebukro area and went on a hunt for some local cafes, which is more of a western culture. Stumbled across this shopping centre which contained everything you could hope for and more.A popular destination for the locals and busy on this Sunday morning. Definitely with a visit to embrace the local cultural experience.

Short walk from the rail, this is like a allIn one fantasy toy mall. Marvel in the basem*nt, Garchapon, Pokemon, Disney, all sorts of drinks and food stalls.Go visit and give yourself at least 4-5hrs there including a meal. So much to explore. If you are also visiting the aquarium, you will need even more time!

My New Year visit to Tokyo's Sunshine City Mall was exceptional. The mall's atmosphere was buzzing with festivity, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. This mall is good if you wanted to spend time with your family in Aquarium, Namja Town, Bandai Namco Cross Store, etc. This place has also the biggest Gachapon shops in the world.

This place is just full of events and good stuff!!! Definitely should visit if you come to Tokyo. Today I found cosplay event, Sanrio event, Maho Shoujou event, aquarium, and there are also Pokemon Center, One piece store and many more like woww like everything is here in this mall also many foodie choices

Mall for anime lover. Pokemon lover, especially. There is others, but the pokemon it self has 4 store, pokemon card game area, pokemon go, pokemon cafe, and pokemon center

Very cool mall with lots to do. One Piece store, Pokemon Center, lots of yummy food. Starbucks. And the aquarium is one of the best I've ever been to. It was amazing.Very busy on Saturday.
