Toinen kerta oman varsin lyhyen urani aikana, ensitietojen perusteella, luulin että olemme auttamasti myöhässä. Paljon kauempana emme olisi voineet olla, mutta silti kannatti lähteä, sotilallisin termein, parasta mahdollista vauhtia kohteelle. Entistä vahvemmin nämä tapahtumat saavat minut miettimään, mitä jos emme olisi olleet töissä, vaan varallaolossa, ja hälytetty töihin tunnin matkan päästä🤷♂️🤔

Tänään alkoi yhden osaamisalueeni projekti, hallinnonalakohtaiset virkaehtosopimusneuvottelut Rajavartiolaitoksessa. Vuonna 2013 olin ensimmäisen kerran mukana sopimassa tarkentavaa virkaehtosopimusta, ja nämä taitavat olla viidennet neuvottelut. Teknisen osaamisen, teknisen henkilöstön erityispiirteiden sekä näiden haasteiden ratkaiseminen on intohimoni. En vain osaa surkutella asioilla, vaan pyrin aktiivisesti tarttumaan asiaan. Neuvottelu on haastava tie, seitsemän neuvotteluosapuolta, toimintakenttä ympäri rajavartiolaitoksen laajan tehtäväkentän niin maalla, merellä ja ilmassa.

I must say, fantastic idea! Even to reduce the costs of training if you can do the most basics in a simulator!!!

Wondering about the human factors in this case. May the pilots been so off grid or on autopilot when pulling props to feather instead of flaps to full… There must be some kind of severe HF factors behind it. All aviators has to be avare of all the ”jobs that needs to be done” outside the flying( office stuff etc), that might be too much on the bottom for a flight that suddenly needs 100% of your brain capasity. Focus on the things that really matter. As an SAR winch operator:-keep the aircraft in the air-keep youself and collagues safe on every mission- if there is capability, train to be smoother and more efficient. #aircraft #safetyfirst #cutthebullsh*t
