If you have or suspect that you have hearing loss, you may be interested in Signia hearing aids. Signia is one of the world’s largest hearing aid brands. This company focuses on providing proven, reliable technology for mild to severe hearing loss with a variety of behind-the-ear (BTE) and in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aid models.
Depending on the style, Signia’s hearing aids range from around $1,000 to $3,500 per device. This is well within the range of other leading hearing aid providers, including Miracle-Ear and Widex.
One important note: you’ll need to consult with an audiologist in person for a complete hearing evaluation before purchasing your Signia devices. If visiting an office is not an option for you, or you’d rather buy a more affordable pair of hearing aids online, you may want to consider other popular hearing aid providers. We’ll take you through all of the critical considerations for Signia, including price, value, and how to purchase your hearing aids.

The Buying Process with Signia
1) The Hearing Assessment
Before you purchase any hearing device, you’ll need to visit an audiologist or hearing instrument specialist to get your hearing tested.
Signia also offers an online hearing test that you can take in the comfort and safety of your home, so you can determine if you need hearing aids before visiting a provider in-person. It’s important to note that Signia’s online test is not the same as an official diagnosis from a qualified hearing care professional. Still, it’s an excellent place to start if you’re new to the world of hearing aids.
FYI:
FYI: Each hearing care professional can set their prices for Signia’s hearing aids, so prices may vary from office to office. The best way to find specific prices is to speak with your local provider.
2) Visiting a Hearing Care Professional
Once your hearing is assessed, it’s time to shop for the hearing aids that are right for you. Because Signia hearing aids can only be purchased through an audiologist or hearing health care provider, the next step is to find a location nearby to purchase your devices. There is a store locator on Signia’s website that can locate you the closest office based on your address. Once you find your neighborhood hearing care professional, you’ll visit the office for a consultation, fitting, and to purchase your devices.

Styletto IX
Wearing Signia Styletto hearing aids
Styletto IX receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aids are for people with mild to severe hearing loss. In addition to boasting a sleek, slim design, they’re powerhouses when it comes to producing high-quality sound in challenging environments.
These hearing aids use Signia’s Integrated Xperience with RealTime Conversations Enhancement technology to enable the wearer to easily follow group conversations in noisy places. They’re designed to isolate the sound of the human voice and to follow conversational speech in a natural way.
These hearing aids allow you to hear each speaker clearly, even if two people are speaking at once. They’re also able to pick up each speaker’s location, so you’ll continue to hear them clearly if they move around, or if you move your head.
Styletto IX hearing aids range in cost from around $1,300 to $2,500 per device, based on the seller and technology level. They’re rechargeable, have an all-day battery life, and come in seven colors. They sync up to Signia’s mobile app for adjustments and can be used for Bluetooth streaming for iPhone and Android, and hands-free calling for iPhone.
Pure Charge&Go IX
Pure Charge&Go IX behind-the-ear hearing aids are for people with mild to profound hearing loss. Like Styletto IX, they’re equipped with Signia’s Integrated Xperience with RealTime Conversations Enhancement technology.
In addition to supporting easy-to-follow group conversations, these rechargeable hearing aids also contain Own Voice Processing 2.0. This ensures that your own voice will also sound natural to you, instead of mechanical or tinny. Special features include tactile push button controls on your hearing aids, plus connection to a user-friendly Signia app. There’s also a telecoil version of these hearing aids available.
These hearing aids hold a full day’s charge. Accessories include a standard charger, portable charger, and Dry&Clean charger. Connection to the Streamline Mic enables hands-free phone calling and music in premium stereo.
FYI:
FYI: Signia’s prices depend on the performance level of each device. Generally, they offer three different performance models, such as 3x, 5x, and 7x, with 7x offering the highest performance.
Insio Charge&Go AX
These custom-made hearing aids are for people with mild to severe hearing loss. They’re available in your choice of in-the-ear or in-the-canal (ITC) styles.
They’re powered by Signia’s Augmented Xperience and Augmented Focus technologies. This means they pull important sounds, like conversations, closer to you, while making background noises softer. They also automatically adjust their acoustic settings, so you can seamlessly go about your day without compromising sound quality,
They feature contactless charging and will hold a charge for up to 24 hours of use on a single charge. Bluetooth streaming is available for iPhone and select Android devices.
Silk Charge&Go IX
Trying out Signia's Silk hearing aids
These completely-in-canal (CIC) instant-fit hearing aids are meant for people with mild to moderate hearing loss. They combine near-invisibility with easy wireless charging for people on the go.
They feature noise cancellation technology for easier conversations and clear, clean sound. They’re adjustable through the Signia app or through Signia’s miniPocket remote control. One of the nice things about these hearing aids is a textured surface that eliminates light reflection for added invisibility.
Compared to Eargo’s prices for CIC devices, which range from $1,500 to $2,950 and are only sold in pairs, Silk Charge&Go IX devices are reasonably priced.
CROS
For older adults who have untreatable hearing loss in one ear, Signia’s CROS line, designed specifically for one-sided hearing loss, offers hearing devices that provide a natural hearing experience. They’re available in RIC and CIC styles that range roughly from $900-$1,200. Depending on the model, you can get rechargeable batteries, removing the hassle of regularly buying and changing batteries. Some models also have Bluetooth connectivity for streaming. This device is on the lower price range of other comparable single ear devices. For comparison, Phonak's prices can start at $1,500-$2,500 per device.
